The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. They even prepared a breakfast for us on our last day, even though we were leaving early in the morning. The swimming pool was great, we had it to ourselves most days. The hotel is in a wonderful area, very close to everything. We could easily reach Balux beach just across the main road. The location is also convenient for transportation, with a tram stop nearby. The breakfast selection was really good, with a nice range of hot and cold dishes, as well as plenty of fresh fruit.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful area with a tram stop right at the doorstep. It made it so easy to explore the nearby center of Glyfada and even take a tram into Athens. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the balcony, where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The hotel also had great facilities, including a swimming pool and a lovely sun terrace. I was impressed with the excellent service and the convenient location of this venue.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with their family.

The staff was amazing, always helpful and polite. Clean bathrooms and renovated bedrooms. Good food options. Nice pool and convenient location near the tram, beach, and Acropolis. Polite and helpful staff, good pool.

Having read some reviews beforehand, we initially decided to avoid room 309 due to noise concerns. after a night in a different room, we realized our mistake. The noise from the tram in room 302 was even louder and more irregular. Thankfully, the staff at Golden Sun Hotel were very accommodating and allowed us to switch back to room 309 without any problem. While it's not the quietest room, the continuous noise becomes something you get used to, especially if you sleep with the doors closed. The staff, except for one particular breakfast attendant, were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The hotel also had good wifi, although it required constant switching.

The hotel is located in a quiet mostly residential area, close to Glyfada square. It is conveniently situated next to the bus stop "pikpa" where the airport bus stops, making it easy to access. it is in close proximity to the Glyfada shopping district, providing guests with plenty of options for shopping and dining.
The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as some guests have mentioned a lack of adequate lighting.
